SHAKIRA, KE$HA, RIHANNA, LINKIN PARK 30 SECONDS TO MARS & KANYE PERFORM AT THE 2010 EUROPE MUSIC AWARDS

I caught the 2010 American Europe Music Awards on MTV2 last night (MTV will show all the highlights showing all the American performers and winners, I'm sure) and while there were some good performances (which I will show here) and host Eva Longoria looked as sexy as ever, the awards show as a whole was as bad as the MTV VMA's, which I felt I was watching all over again. Chelsea Handler was the only good thing about the VMA's, the performances from the night and when Jackass acted like a damn fool onstage is what made the show. They didn't even show Ke$ha's performance (you can watch it below, althought I would have preferred if she would have performed "We R Who We R"). I guess I'll just have to wait until the American Music Awards come on to see that performance. Oh, and Katy Perry performed as well, but live she was atrocious so I'm not posting it. So over all the EMA's get a D for the lack of European acts on the EMA's. Where was Kylie? Where was Roisin Murphy, Marina and The Diamonds, Hurts, Joe McElderry, Sam Sparro, The Scissor Sisters (who have more success overseas than in America) Ellie Goulding, Tinie Tempah, Alphabeat, Medina, Burhan G, Casio Kids, Karpe Diem, Lazee, Robyn, Miike Snow, Swedish House Mafia, Caro Emerald, David Guetta, Tokio Hotel and Take That (who are about to embark on a world tour and release a new documentary). I miss the old EMA's and at this point, it's a wrap on MTV and their lack of supporting cool music. So as a well known blogger and radio show host, i will continue to do my duty to shed light on some of Europe's greatest acts.
