Since Resident Evil: Afterlife was the biggest grossing film of the franchise, it should be no surprise that Sony Pictures Home Entertainment is rushing out the DVD and Blu-Ray release just before the New Year. Both formats will carry the fourth film on December 28. A Blu-Ray 3D release will also be in stores
around the same time.
