I knew it wouldn't be long before Lil Kim struck back like the venomous snake she is. The original black Barbie responded to Nicki's comment on Angie Martinez's radio show last week that Lil Kim would go down in history a “sore loser” because of all of the stuff Kim's been saying about her in the press. Here is what Kim said to H8terade Radio.
“That was cute for her,” Kim said in a small voice. “Bitches like her do shit like that. Talk on ho, it’s easy talk when them album sales aint back yet.”
“Since you talking ’bout the history books, let’s talk about the fucking History books damn it. Bitch I got a grammy, bitch. I got number ones sweety. Source gave my last album 5 motherfucking mics ho. What the fuck they give you?”
Lil Kim is currently working hard on her follow-up to the critically acclaimed but her weakest selling "Naked Truth" album titled Hard Core 2: All Hail The Queen, and will feature production by will.I.am, Polo Da Don, The-Dream, and The Neptunes, but as of an official release date I have no idea.
“You got alot to learn mama,” Kim said with her Brooklyn accent. “Respect the queen, stay in the princess section. Stay in yo lane mama.”
While I did enjoy Nicki's retort against Kim on Angie's show, I have to say the music on Pink Friday isn't matching all the hype put behind her album. Where's the hardcore underground chick that people loved? These mid-tempo tracks she has on her album are straight garbage, and there's only four good tracks on the entire album. All I have to say Kim is that Hard Core is my all time favorite female hip hop album (I know every word to Crush On You, Queen Bitch, No Time, and Big Momma Thang,) so you better bring it as hard as you're saying once the sequel is done.
