LIL KIM RIPS NICKI MINAJ A NEW ASSHOLE AT QUEENS CLUB
If anyone's heard Nicki Minaj's latest single with Eminem called "Roman's Revenge," many have been speculating that she's come out of the gate and taken jabs at Lil Kim, who has been very vocal in the past about Nicki not paying homage to the femcees that came before her. In an interview on DJ khaled's Hot 99 Jamz radio show, the question about female rappers hating on her came up. here's what she had to say:
“No, I’m talking about everyone who has been in interviews talking and I think it’s good for people to hear me respond to . . . People have said so much about me, so I don’t ever single anyone out because no one is worth being singled out. No one is worth having their name mentioned out of my mouth and they never will get that.”
“I’ve been quiet for such a long time and I’ve been the nice guy. I’ve been the person that gave everyone their props. I’ve complimented everybody from day one. I think that as a rapper, you can’t be a rapper and not speak on things being said about you. I use my music to say what I have to say.”
Here's my thought on this: If Nicki’s going to come for Lil Kim or whomever, stand behind what you say. Don’t go in on Kim who has been very vocal about you refusing to pay homage to the way she’s (and a few others at that time) paved for the sexual revolution of hip hop. I would respect you more if you stood behind your opinion. This should be expected from someone who has yet to come out with a song that’s actually worth raving about. Well now Kim has wasted no time coming for the mainstream media's face of female hip hop. When she said I will erase this bitches social security number, I was too through. Also you know you ain't got no respect when a BK native can come to your hometown, diss you, and the crowd applause. Hear what else the Queen Bee had to say below:
