While participating in a Q&A regarding a screening of her recent film Frankie & Alice, actress Halle Berry confirmed rumors that she will star in the Wachowskis' adaptation of David Mitchell's "Cloud Atlas."
Says Halle: "I'm going to do a movie probably in the summer with the Wachowskis. It's not brothers anymore, but the Wachowskis. A really interesting movie. Sort of like what they did with "The Matrix," they have another really amazing idea that's sort of gonna stretch our brains even further. And so I'm really excited about that and that's probably gonna be in the summer. And that’s with Tom Hanks and Natalie Portman. There are also rumors that Ian Mckellen and James McAvoy will also star but that hasn't been confirmed as of yet.

I've been waiting for a new brain movie from the Wachowski's since The Matrix and since they have so much money they don't need to make another film. I got a bit of my fix from Inception but I'm looking forward to what's next from the Wachowskis. I also hope since this is going to be another mind bender, will Ms. berry be the action star she was born to play but wasn't showcased in X Men and Catwoman?
