Beyonce takes fans behind-the-scenes of her 2006 performance of Ring The Alarm at the MTV VMA's. Say what you want about Bey, but after watching this footage it's clear why she's the hardest working woman in the music business. Can't wait for her next tour to come out on DVD. I also found it quite hilarious how open she talked about stealing ideas from other artists. Maybe someone should explain to her the difference between being inspired by a movie, play, or past performance vs. xerox copying an idea and passing it off as your own.
