ROBYN SINGS A COVER OF BJORK'S HYPERBALLAD
Robyn took tho the stage and performed a cover of Bjork's song "Hyperballad." The Icelandic superstar was honored with the 2010 Polar Music Prize from Sweden's King Carl XVI Gustaf in Stockholm. If anyone is up to the task of covering the beauty of Bjork's music it's definitely Robyn. It pains me that someone with so much talent has to perform on the house stage at the VMA's while Justin Beiber, who makes my skin crawl gets to make our ears bleed with his horrendously changing vocals. I worship at the Haus of Bjork, and I think Robyn did an amazing job pulling off one of Bjork's many difficult songs, because truth be told, it's not easy to pull off a Bjork song. Based on the look on Bjork's face after Robyn finished, she agrees with me as well.
