KELLY ROWLAND PUSHES ALBUM BACK TO 2011

In the words of Amy Winehouse, what kind of fuckery is this? As everyone knows who follows this blog, no one has been rooting the hardest for Kelly than me. After pushing her third album back a whopping five times, (the latest being in October), Kelly has opted to release her album next year. She says the reason is so she can have time to write more “stories” with B-Cox and Jermaine Dupri. What I'm thinking is that Universal Motown is nervous because all the dance tracks she's released so far haven't been connecting with the U.S. audience, so they're pushing her to release an album that's more R&B. I'm sorry, but if that happens, that would be a HUGE mistake. Kelly seems more alive when she sings dance msic, and you can't tell me "Commander" wasn't a great song. As much as David Guetta annoys me, you can't deny he and Kelly have great chemistry together. I really don't understand how can Rihanna automatically get a set date for her new album, which is coming out an exact year after "Rated R" was released, but Kelly keeps getting pushed back farther than John Travolta's wig line. I just wish they could get it together and this album can finally come out.
