

After such an amazing season (I would say right up there with season 4 of Angel), The Winchester boys get back to basics with the highly anticipated season 6 season premiere. In the premiere, which was written by Sera Gamble (who takes over showrunner duties from creator Eric Kripke) and directed by Philip Sgriccia, Sam (who was sucked into hell in the season finale) and Dean (who gave up demon hunting to reunite with his ex girlfriend and son) reunite with their grandfather Samuel Campbell (playes by X-Files Mitch Pileggi). The season premiere, titled "Exile on Main Street" (was Sera listening to Liz Phair as she was writing this episode?) premieres on September 24 on the CW.
What the Emmy snobs need to do is get off Mad Men's dick for five seconds and create a category for best sci-fi/horror series on TV. My choices would be Dexter, True Blood, Supernatural, The Walking Dead, Eureka, Warehouse 13, and Vampire Diaries.
