Civil rights leader and former chairman of the NAACP Julian Bond spoke out for the first time regarding the recent accusations plaguing Bishop Eddie Long. A few days ago I reported that Bond was not find of Long, especially his ignorant stance on gay rights. back in June 2006, Bond famously refused to attend the funeral of Coretta Scott King that was held at Long's New Birth MB Church.
