All those tweets trying to save face didn't help Lindsay's cause, because the troubled actress is heading back to the chokey. According to GossipCop, New judge on the case Elden Fox placed a shocked Lindsay Lohan immediately behind bars and refused her bail — which means she will have to remain in custody while she awaits a formal probation violation hearing on October 22.
Lohan was court ordered to appear before a judge today after violating her probation. As you all may have heard she failed numerous drug tests which later had the actress tweeting like crazy and attending AA meetings.
Lohan will return to court next month, the judge will formally address her positive test and at that point could receive additional jail time.
The actress was sentenced to 90 days in jail in July for another probation violation — failing to attend alcohol education classes as ordered by the court. Due to overcrowding, however, she only served 13 days and a few weeks in rehab. And cue the press conference from Dina & Michael Lohan in three...two...
No one should be surprised by this at all. I still feel it was a mistake that they cut her rehab so short. As soon as she got out, the temptation was right in front of her. I have said this before and I will say this again. If Lindsay wants to get clean, she needs to acknowledge whatever problem is causing her to relapse, and change everyone in her enviromnent - that includes friends, relatives, employees, and her dealers.
