Let the domino effect begin. Shortly after Anthony Flagg and Maurice Robinson accused Bishop Eddie Long coerced numerous young men attending his Longfellows Academy, a school for young boys without a father figure into giving him sexual favors, more have come out of the woodwork with accusations of their own. Long has of course denied these accusations, and the FBI are currently investigating the financial angle of the case. But what may possibly be coming out of this firther investigation is physical evidence including emails, texts, and nude photos the plaintiff's have of the Bishop.

The black community seriously needs to get their head out of the sand and start to question the black mega church as a whole. bishop Long for years has been a liar, manipulator, and crook to the black community, manipulating the "word of god" as a way to fatten his pockets and spread hate amongst others. I remember someone saying "he should just come out and be who he is. if he's gay then he should come out and say it." If feel it's too late for him. He has gone on for so long using his self-hatred as a same gender loving man to use and manipulate young men for sex and power. The way he has ruled Atlanta is no different than Nino Brown running Harlem back in the 80's. I believe wholeheartedly that black folk need to search for the spirit of god inside of themselves and not look to some loud ass on a pulpit as their savior. The men who preach have a responsibility, and that is to preach unconditional love and tolerance for those different than you. When the shit hits the fan hard (and believe me it will), Bishop Long will wind up in the same boat as Ted Haggart and I'm sure he'll start his own side-church like Haggart did because hunny...your reign as the pied piper of hate is about to come to an end.
