IS JOHNNY WEIR TOO GAY FOR FIGURE SKATING?

Isn't that the stupidest question I've ever heard. Isn't men's figure skating beyond gay especially those Beyonce leotards they wear on the ice all the time? I'm also sick and tired of gay men being measured by how much of a man they are based on their testosterone level. people need to realize if it weren't for those lady boys and drag queens who played a major role in the Stonewall riots, gays wouldn't be as out as we are today. So for someone gay to be considered marketable because he hides his sexuality is just blasphemous. I applaud Johnny because he's willing to bring a stereotype to it's knees and show his artistry more than old tired traditions men's figure skating continues to follow.

Sidebar: As I was reading up on all this hate towards Johnny Weir, I just had to post this comment by a guy named Jeremy who summed it up perfectly wrapped in a little gay bow:

"Figure skating is the most effeminate "sport" I can think of, since cross-stitching isn't competitive.

I hate gay men who disdain femininity.

Okay, we get it, you're a big butch macho gay man. Awesome for you, now stop being a douchebag xerox of all the straight people (who, by the way, don't care if you can "pass" as straight, you're still a fag in their eyes, and you won't win them over to love and accept you by throwing other gays under the bus) and stop putting down other people's sexuality and gender identity.

It makes my blood boil to see the people who should be the most understanding be the loudest voices of condemnation."
