GAY RUMORS SWIRLING AROUND HURT LOCKER'S JEREMY RENNER

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Many may not be too familiar with Jeremy Renner's movies, like when he played the title role in Dahmer, but the first time I discovered I had a crush on Renner was when I saw him play a military commando in 28 Weeks Later. Yes bitches, this is not the first time he's stapped on a gun, kicked ass and took names while doing it. I came across this article in the L.A. Times about how actors Jeremy Renner, 39, (I thought he was younger) who played the leader of an explosives disposal unit in the critically acclaimed Oscar-winning film "The Hurt Locker," and co-investor Kristoffer Winters found a buyer for their restored 1924 Greek Revival in the Hollywood Hills area after five months on the market. It sold for more than $4 million.

The four-bedroom, 4 1/2 -bathroom two-story has a library with a bar, a wine room, an eat-in kitchen with two islands and a screening room in 5,800 square feet. There is a two-car garage, additional parking for nine cars, a swimming pool with spa and a 1,000-square-foot guesthouse with a kitchenette and office. Plus, the gated property comes with a one-year tenant paying $25,000 a month.

Oscar-nominee Renner, 39, starred in the Iraq war drama, as well as North Country, S.W.A.T. and in the short-lived dark comedy series "The Unusuals" (2009) with Amber Tamblyn and Harold Perrineau.

Winters, 31, was also in "The Hurt Locker" and has appeared on television shows including "Criminal Minds" (2007), "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" (2005) and "Crossing Jordan" (2004).

The actors bought the property in 2008 for $1.55 million, according to public records. So now everyone's assuming they are a couple (which I would think so since what male who is damn near 40 shacks up with another male without it being a relationship. I hope if Renner is gay there won't be this march on Hollywood with glittered pitchforks and burning flames, begging Renner to come out of the closet. not everyone who is in thsi business is looking to carry a torch for the gay community. Renner to me is a character actor and not a movie star in the same light as a Tom Cruise, who craves the spotlight but acts like he doesn't.

I think if he were to come out of the closet, many would gag because it's hard for people to believe that there are gay guys out there who arent flamers and have the ability to play macho roles. There are so many colors to our rainbow, but people wouldn't know that because the media likes to concentrate on one aspect of our community, and that's the stereotypes. Whatever Renner does in his private life is his business, and I will continue to support him as an actor and watch his films.
