While rumors have been circulating that the clock might be running out for 24, it has become official that FOX has decided to bring my favorite show to an end. The long-running series will end its run this May. Just when I was getting happy for Freddie Prinze Jr. for finally holding down a steady gig this shit happens.
"While the end of the series is bittersweet, we always wanted '24' to finish on a high note, so the decision to make the eighth season our last was one we all agreed upon," star Kiefer Sutherland said in a statement. So should we expect the series to spawn into feature films in the future? Only time will tell. 24 you will definitely be missed, and you kept me on the edge of my seat every week.
