According to TMZ, who happened to get the unedited footage of Ronnie Magro going on a homophobic tirade MTV chose to censor a homophobic tirade during one of his boardwalk brawls on Jersey Shore.
It all happened before Ronnie's first brawl on the show after the guy who was harrassing him and Pauly D decided to follow Ronnie and his girlfriend as they left the club. The war of words then escalated into a brawl on the shore in front of their girlfriends. Check out the never-before-seen footage where Ronnie can also be seen and heard calling the guy a 'f**king f**got' and a 'f**king queer.
A source from the production tells TMZ that Ronnie never had any issues with any of the gay staff that worked on the show.
TMZ has also posted a poll on whether or not Ronnie's a homo hater. As of now the results are split. What do you guys think?
I don't think Ronnie is homophobic. I think this is typical of men who are quick to throw out the faggot and queer word around which in their minds means weak. I know this doesn't excuse his behavior, nor do I know him personally, but in my opinion if he was so kind to the gays they should have left in the footage and just bleeped out the derogatory words. Ronnie along with Sammi Sweetheart were my least favorites on the show because they were too into each other and didn't give any kind of personality like The Situation and Snooki. Editing it out only makes him look like what MTV is trying to avoid, because Jersey Shore is the only thing bring them ratings since they abandoned the whole music video format.
