Tim Burton seems to be in classic remake mode, because according to reports, after Alice in Wonderland invades theaters everyehere, he's supposed to begin work on a movie version of the TV classic, Dark Shadows.
Well AICN is reporting that Tim has put DS on hold (once again) and has feasted his eyes on a live-action version of Sleeping Beauty. Taking a moment to think about it, I think a live action version of Sleeping Beauty would be a great idea, as long as it can have a dark vibe (ala Sleepy Hollow or basically every Tim Burton movie ever made). Get some hot english actress to play Beauty and have Helena Bonham Carter play the evil Queen. it shouldn't be hard to do since she is fucking the director.
