Electro/pop singer Robyn is curently in the studio cooking up some awesome tracks for her fifth album, which will be released in the first half of this year through Konichiwa/Cherrytree Records.
The 30-year-old has summoned writer-producer Klas Ahlund, who produced the majority of her very successful 2005 album Robyn. Klas has also worked with Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue, and the Sugababes.
Other producers confirmed to appear include Diplo (Santigold, M.I.A. Amanda Blank, Christina Aguilera) and Kleerup who was responsible for Robyn’s international breakout hit “With Every Heartbeat”.
I really hope she gives Royksopp a call because I really loved her collaboration on their last album. and she’ll be good to go! 'The Girl and the Robot' was one of those summer songs I couldn't get out of my head. Check out Royksopp ft. Robyn “The Girl and the Robot” below...
