Dexter's Michael C. Hall has announced that he's been diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma. He is grateful that his doctors have caught it early and said the cancer is in remission. He plans to continue to undergo treatment.
Michael has also made plans to attend this Sunday's Golden Globes where he is nominated in the Best Actor in a Drama category for his stint as the blood analyst/serial killer Dexter Morgan. He will be joined by his wife/on-screen sister Jennifer Carpenter.
Now it all makes sense. I recently saw the interview where he sat down with John Lithgow, who played the Trinity killer to discuss the shocking season finale and i wondered why he went from a full head of hair on the last season to damn near going bald in the interview. i never want to think cancer, so glad to see he's gotten his health in order because we definitely need him for the next season since on-screen wife Rita was killed off.
