Based on recent news about Britney's upcoming album, I'm guessing she's been inspired by Lady Gaga. Producer Marcella Araica took to her Twitter page and revealed that she may be close to working with Britney on her upcoming album. Araica collaborated with Britney on "Blackout" tracks “Gimme More”, “Break The Ice”, “Perfect Lover”, “Get Naked” and the bonus song “Outta This World”. As March draws closer, word is the first single by Britney is described as 'dark vampiric electro'... which may exlain why in recent pics she's donning dark hair again. So either she's inspired by that 'Twatlight' series (really hoping she's a True Blood' girl) or she saw Gaga's 'Bad Romance' video and gagged like the rest of us.
Sidebar: I'm getting good vibes from this for some reason. Britney seems as focused as she was back in 2001 when she really came into her own as a pop superstar. I like the dark hair on her as well. She just didn't work it in the past because that was during her crazy period where you saw the weave tracks in her hair (while a mess I say it's better than seeing tracks on her arms). I have a feeling this album will have a solid batch of songs that we can all shake our asses to. Can't wait!
