PASTOR JOEL OSTEEN SAYS GAYS ARE NOT GOD'S BEST

Pastor Joel Osteen stopped by The View yesterday to plug his new book. While I do have a fondness for his positive messages, and his uppity outlook on life, the minute Whoopi took initiative and asked him what he thought about gay marriage and if gays would be allowed in his mulit-million dollar football stadium he now calls his church in Dallas Texas, it all pretty much went to hell from there...with a smile, of course. When he basically called gays in so many words a "mistake," that pissed me off to no end. I am so sick and tired of these judgemental assholes who have no idea what struggles gays go through in their daily lives telling people there is something wrong withthem, based on the teachings written in a book by man...not GOD! GOD loves everyone and created us all in his image. At the end of the day HE (or SHE) is the entity we all have to answer to. Thank goodness I'm not a religious person. After that comment Joel, you've lost a fan in me. I don't care how many times he smiles at you or if he feels in his heart his intentions are good. If you women can spew so much fire and venom at Bill O' Reilly when he comes on your show, why does Joel get a free pass?
