LADY GAGA BLASTS HOMOPHOBIA IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY

While I did notice the minute Adam Glambert's name was announced as he was about to perform, the crowd of celebs and fans jumped to their feet, waiting with baited breath as to what he would bring to the stage. While all those in the auditorium were feeling open-minded, there still is this cloud of homophobia that not only exists in our daily lives, but even in the music industry as well. You would think with all the faggots working behind-the-scenes and even those closeted rappers and singers, there wouldn't be this stigma, but unfortunately it still exists, especially in Hip Hop, the genre of music that about 85% percent of their artists and the people who work for them defintely get down at regular peen parties. While on a special airing on FUSE tomorrow, Lady Gaga wanted to bring this to the attention to her fans (and viewers) about misogyny and homophobia in music. Gaga has truly become an advocate for gay rights, and I applaud her for it. I just wish there were some OUT musicians who had the cojones to do the same.
