Kathy Griffin has signed to guest star on Law & Order: SVU.
The 49-year-old, who championed same-sex marriage on her reality show My Life On The D-List this season, will portray a lesbian activist on the February 6 episode of the NBC crime procedural, TV Guide reports.
The programme's executive producer Neal Baer asked fans on Twitter to take part in a Hangman-type game on who will guest on the forthcoming instalment. He later revealed that the Emmy winner will appear on the series. I'm sure Kathy will be shooting some footage of her working behind-the-scenes on SVU for My Life on the D List's upcoming season.
