Since mayjah hits like "One Thang", "Touch" and "Talkin' About" stormed it's way up the charts four years ago from her hot cd "Touch," after a bitter falling out with label Columbia, we haven't heard from Amerie which allowed label mate Beyonce to not only jack her gogo sound, but allowed herself to establish her Sasha Fierce personae. But don't sleep on Amerie bitches! because my sister in all things nubian and Asian was busy working out a deal with Def Jam and working on some snappy tracks while Because I Love It was busy getting shelved by her former label. now she's returned with In Love & War, her hotly anticipated make-or-brake record. I know everyone's waiting with baaited breath for new music by Rihanna, Gaga, and Glambert, but while we all know they will have surefire success with their upcoming albums, how about going out and supporting a sista who truly needs all the support and success she can get right now.
