This is the shit that pisses me off! While I do enjoy my fair share of reality television, I will admit i have never seen a single episode of The Hills. that shit just rubbed me the wrong way the first time it came on television, and everyone who knows me will tell you, my instincts are pretty much spot on. It's ridiculous that while most people are either unemployed due to this recession, or are stuck in some job that makes them want to slit every artery, the assholes over at MTV are shelling out gobs of cash to a bunch of twenty-somethings who are about as entertaining as watching paint dry. Hell, Kim Zolciak's wig is alot more entertaining than the half retarded asswipes of The Hills.
The Daily Beast got their manicured hands on a contract which states what everybody on The Hills makes per episode. Check it out below and be prepared to clutch your pearls and carve a blade into your desk as you read this...
Lauren Conrad - $125,000 per episode. The highest paid actress on the scripted reality series, and she also stated in her contract no one could be paid higher than her.
Kristin Calamari - $90,000 per episode
Heidi Montag - $100,000 per episode
Audrina Patridge - $100,000 per episode
Lo Bosworth - $100,000 per episode
Spencer Twatt - $65,000 per episode
Brody Jenner - $45,000 per episode
i could sit here and scream at the top of my lungs, or even make lewd comments about a bunch of dumb white people who make a living doing absolutely NOTHING! What good would that do? As long as folks keep watching this fake shit show, they will ocntinue to make bank. So all those who will be watching nothing going on for 22 minutes when the new season premieres tonight, just remember that you're helping these annoying reality stars make more than you will make in a year.
