Yep, It's true. "Halloween" and "Devil's Rejects" director Rob Zombie has signed on to direct a remake of the classic 50's horror film, The Blob. Never saw the original, but loved the 1988 remake with Shawnee Smith (Saw films) and Kevin Dillon (Entourage) back when he had the AC Slater haircut. Zombie claims that he plans to revamp the Blob monster for his film where it will look more realistic. Well if that's the case, can I recommend Kevin Federline play the lead? I think he's definitely ready for his close-up since his entire body will take up the big ass screen. Let's just not film it in 3D, shall we? P.S. what's going on with Tyrannosaurus Rex?
