Mario Lopez reprises his role as plastic surgeon Dr. Mike Hamoui on Nip/Tuck this season. Now all we need is him bent over and taking it like a man while a ball gag is in his mouth. I wonder if Ryan Murphy and his writers were thinking about Oscar De La Hoya when they were coming up with this scene?
