Manhunt.com recently did a study on what states are home to the biggest and smallest dicks by gathering data from their members. Not everyone (INCLUDING MYSELF) is on Manhunt. Otherwise they'd know the boys in NYC have much bigger packages than the man of D.C. How many hot latinos from the Bronx do you know are on Manhunt? Here's the results:
