Everyone who knows me really well knows that I live for Grace Jones, the statuesque amazon from the Island of Jamaica. It's also no big secret that once Rihanna's third cd, "Good Girl Gone Bad" crossed her over to pop superstardom, her music and sense of fashion began to resemble the always edgy model/singer/actress. The Barbados native poses in an avant-garde, Valentino dress, complete with metallic elements and severe make-up, which is something i could definitely see Grace Jones wearing. I also applaud Rihanna for always pushing the fashion envelope, even when she's out eating at a restaurant. I'm just glad she doesn't go overboard and take herself way too seriously like Lady Gaga. RiRi always maintains her mystique (trying to not count the recent scandalosities from early this year), and keeps the fans wanting more.
