As far as entertainment goes, no female is doing it like Beyoncè, but a serious actress she's not.
Nia Long (haven't seen her in anything since Third Watch) is coming for somebody in an article in the July edition of Pride magazine.
Nia doesn't name names, but the inference is enough to gather that she's calling Beyoncè a bad actress.
I didn’t see ‘Obsessed,’ so I can’t comment, but it’s just not about how talented you are anymore. It’s about, ‘How much box-office revenue will this person generate?’... Well she does have a point, but this is the nature of the business. In these recessive times, Hollywood is taking the easy road by greenlighting remakes and sequels for a quick buck. original scripted dramas are taking a back seat because they aren't making bank like the studios would like. All I have to say is Nia needs to focus on her career and maybe start a production company instead of worrying about other celebrities. But I do agree that Beyonce can't act. Only when she's in a movie singing I can tolerate her.
