Janet Jackson is somewhere eating (or working out) because some good news came her way recently.
A New York judge ruled on June 25 that Leonard Salati had no legal right to file a $120 million lawsuit against Janet. Leonard claimed Janet ordered her bodyguards to beat him up after he tried to pass her his telephone number at Marquee, a nightclub in NYC, in February 2004.
The judge also threw out his case against Marquee, but he's still free to sue the two security firms who employed the bodyguards.
