Word on the street is that there will be no sophomore album by the one and only Lady GaGa. Instead of giving us new music, she has decided to re-release her debut album once again. The re-release will be called The Fame: Monster. Rumoured first single is "New York" but dont quote me on that. In early 2009 new songs were registered on ASCAP that had writing credits from Jim Jonsin and Darkchild, although it is not known whether these will end up on the album. A remix of Gaga's fourth single "LoveGame" featuring Marilyn Manson has been leaked, which I posted on the blog.
In my opinion, I'm not happy with this. I think she should release a new album. I think that The Fame Era has reached its top and should end. I'm looking forward to hearing new music, but at this point I feel she's promoted The Fame enough and it's about time she release a cd filled with brand new music, videos and exquisite fashion. In the meantime, check out an amazing cover of GaGa doing Kanye West's "Heartless." Seems everyone's doing a cover of this song.
