Yesterday I posted the lyrics and the music to the track Turning On Me which featured R&B singer Keri Hilson talkin' grease about Beyonce and Ciara in a freestyle. Well word on the street is that Keri CONFIRMED IT on a radio show in Washington DC.
Here's a piece of what Keri said about Beyonce:
Interviewer: When you wrote Beyonce's verse in Love In This Club and hear Beyonce singing it … did she sing it like you sang it, or did you change it up.
Keri: It pretty much is the same … She doesn’t write everything she touches
REAAAOW ... And here's what Keri said about Ciara:
With respect to Ciara, she said she didn't have any particular issues because Ciara give credit for "Ooh Baby," which was the only song she's written for Ciara. She could have gone in more on Ciara, but Polow asked her not to so she only took little jabs.
She says she has submitted other songs to Ciara's camp but Ciara did not accept them and that could be hate but at the end of the day, "there can only be one Queen of the South, and I want that spot."
Well Keir's got a lot of work cut out for her if she wants to be the queen of the south. Can't nobody bring it performance wise like Ciara. As far as beyonce goes, everyone knows that bitch is about as dumb as a box of rocks. love the music, but there is no personality behind all that beauty. trust me, I know. I feel what Keri's saying about Beyonce, but personally she just needs to sit down and shut up about all this bullshit. Beyonce doesn't write all her songs. We know this. She tried to claim she wrote "Irreplaceable," which was written by Ne*Yo. He had to go on the record to confirm that. I think as I said before Keri needs to concentrate on writing hit songs for herself, and less on Beyonce and Ciara.

stop hatin' on beyonce.......It's one thing to dislike her or her music but why stoop as low to call her a bitch.....your fuckin' biased ass commentary makes me not even want to read your blogs anymore, and i actually started diggin' this site because all of the good stories were in one convenient location.....no disrespect intended but ease up a little!!!!!!!
What I said about Beyonce was based on my experience. As someone who works in the industry, I get to see what a lot of you readers don't. Yes she's talented and she's definitely positioned herself as a global superstar, but as far as personality goes, there is nothing there. Keri is a very talented singer/songwriter, but as far as her trying to gain notoriety by going for Beyonce and Ciara, she just needs to fall back. Keri's singles haven't been giving enough interest into people buying her record (which is pretty good, BTW), so she has to pick a fight on the one track that's got people's interest. It always seems that whenever someone talks about her donkey ass, folks wanna come after you with torches and pitchforks.
