SUPERBOWL REFUSES TO AIR GAY FAMILY AD

While I was enjoying checking out the trailers of G.I. Joe, Transformers, and countless others (in between having the best sex I've had in quite a while), I was sad to hear that in these new Obama times we still have a long way to go with dealing with the ingnorance of the mainstream media. Los Angeles affiliate KABC refused to air gay family ad during the inauguration and now went back on their word to air the commercial during the superbowl.

Said John Ireland, of GetToKnowUsFirst.org: "We bought ads before, during and after the Super Bowl in ten markets across California. We planned this buy weeks in advance and heard late Friday that the NFL rejected our ads because they violate the NFL's 'no advocacy' policy. I was truly stunned while watching the programming, to see that they had selectively blocked our ads, while allowing other advocacy ads to air."
