The above pic is of Chris and RiRi leaving the pre-Grammy party before they started fighting like Ike & Tina in the back of the limo. According to TMZ Chris Brown allegedly hit RiRi with some kind of "deadly weapon" and it wasn't his dick or an umbrella-ella-ella (eh eh eh). The crime report names Princess RiRi as the victim and also states that the incident was "assault with a deadly weapon." Chris' weapon of choice is not known yet, but it's alleged that RiRi gave him the Paris Hilton bumplestiltskin disease (if you know what I'm saying, and I think you do). Dunno if I believe that story, but wouldn't be surprised since majority of these Hollyweird celebs are nasty anyway.
According to RadarOnline RiRi was even crying in the emergency room at Cedars-Sinai. Some nosy-ass witness said, "Rihanna was clearly very upset by what had happened and I could hear her screaming. Rihanna was trying to get her point across about something, she sounded like she was crying as she tried to get to put her point across."
So why, you ask, was Chris Brown booked for making criminal threats rather than domestic abuse, given the victim — allegedly Rihanna — had “visible injuries”? Law enforcement sources said they typically book a suspect for the most serious crime they can be charged with — it’s then up to the D.A. to file any additional charges. Given there were allegedly visible injuries, the crime of making criminal threats is punishable by up to nine years in prison. Domestic abuse is four years. Brown was released after posting $50,000 bail. Los Angeles Police Sgt. Bridget Pickett described the singer as “professional” during processing. What was he expecting him to do coon out in the big house?
