According to Ryan Rotten over at Shocktillyoudrop.com, Marcus Nispel has big plans for Friday the 13th when it lands on DVD later this year. On some of the television spots, there is footage that will not be in the final cut when the film is released in theaters next Firday. Co-producer Andrew Form of Platinum Dunes shed some light what fans can expect.
"There will be an extended, unrated cut of the movie that's ten minutes longer," he says, "a couple of deleted scenes and a couple of alternate scenes. There will be an alternate ending as well."
Of course we get the alternate ending, just in case the film does big numbers like the Halloween remake. Big money means more sequels.
