The crazy drama just never ends since the black church community has been hit with some controversy. According to Dallas law enforcement, Bishop TD Jakes son Jermaine Jakes was ARRESTED and CHARGED with Indecent Exposure.
According to Mediatakeout.com, the arrest occurred on January 3rd of this year. Jermaine was subsequently released and is awaiting resolution of the charges.
For those of you wondering what indecent exposure means. Here’s what Texas Law has to say:
21.08 Indecent Exposure
In this chapter:
(a) A person commits an offense if he exposes his anus or any part of his genitals with intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of any person, and is reckless about whether another is present who will be offended or alarmed by his act.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
