IF YOU GIVE A SHIT FILE: PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARDS AIRED LAST NIGHT

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Last night, the People's Choice Awards aired on television, (Queen latifah hosted the event), and I didn't watch it. Not that I was going to anyway. I would have found out who was going to win anyway. Besides, there were more important things on tv that my DVR was making mad orgy love to, like the season premiere of Damages, The Real World: Brooklyn, and Barbara Walters special with Patrick Swayze. While all that was recording, i was watching Babylon A.D. which was a horrid piece of sci-fi trash, and Another Gay Sequel (which I chuckled at a bit, but was very disappointed with in the end). The only award I care about was the fact that The Dark Knight cleaned up last night. Hopefully, the Oscar snobs will loosen the wooden stick out of their ass, and stop turning up their noses at films because there's a comic-book theme to it and respect that it's a great movie right up there with HEAT. I'm glad to see your DVR has it's priorites right. People's Choice Awards is crap. Can't wait for Oscar night. I stomached my way through Babylon AD last night... horrid.

I'm glad we are on the same page with Babylon A.D. which was god-awful. I am a big fan of Michelle Yeoh, but I never seem to understand how she does these shitty American films like Babylon A.D. and The last Mummy film with jet Li. One day Hollyweird will wake up and give her the recognition she truly deserves which she came close to in Tomorrow Never Dies. As for award shows, i never understand them. it's all bullshit. No need to watch them because all the news gets out the next day. The only shows worth watching is the Grammy's, VMA's and the ghetto hood rat awards that are always on the negro channel (aka BET) because usually I'm so pissed off from the award winners, the outfits, and performances, that it gives me plenty to blog about.
