Sean Penn wanted to raise the sexual bar in Milk according to a recent interview.
In a new interview with Elle, James Franco reveals that he was gaggig over a revised version of the script sent to him a month after Gus Van Sant asked him to be in the film.
The original script at first only contained a smooching scene between Franco and Penn, but Sean requested there be full on fucking (minus the spit as lube fuck scene in Brokeback Mountain). Those dudes were using elbow grease back in the seventies!
Sheeeit! if only we could get more fearless actors who aren't afraid of their own sexuality to go there with a character and not be afraid of their own manhood (including some of the closeted ones) that would be great.
Let's just hope if Milk proves successful at the box office, there will be some execs who won't be afraid to produce gay themed films with sex in it. gays and sex go hand in hand. Like niggas and chicken. Call me a racist if you want to, but I'm half black so I can say this shit and get away with it!
