According to reports, Heath's father says that the family has decided to gift Heath's entire estate to Matilda since his Will was written before her birth and left everything to his parents and sisters. Actually the Chicago Sun Times had the truth behind this. Apparently Michelle had to blackmail the parents. She's in possesion of letters and emails from Heath's parents. They use foul, derogatory language in them. They wanted him off drugs. They were afraid of them going public. That's the only reason Matilda got the $$.
I'm just glad the kid got something from her father. It's unfortunate it had to come to this. Now if Katie Holmes manages to find the strength to escape from her captor, she should definitely give Michelle a call.
