Beyonce’ is set to take MTV’s Europe Music Awards by storm with a performance of her highly anticipated singles in November, organizers announced Monday. Confirmed to perform the new singles “If I Were A Boy” and “Single Ladies,” Beyonce’ becomes the first act to be announced for the annual show which will take place and air November 6th. Performing in Liverpool, Beyonce will also compete with R&B/Hip Hop stars Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, and Alicia Keys for the network’s “Best Urban” award. Rihanna, Leona Lewis, Coldplay and Britney Spears will vie for the “Best Act of 2008″award. Spears, who took home several MTV Video Music Awards earlier this year comes out on top again at the EMA’s with an Album of the Year nomination for her last effort “Blackout.” Much like the MTV Video Music Awards, the EMA’s will allow fans to vote on MTV.com. Hopefully, since BRITNEY is nominated for multiple awards along with AMY WINEHOUSE (why is she nominated for Back to Black? She hasn't released new material in quite sometime and she cleaned up for that cd at last year's EMA's when Russel Brand hosted), maybe we can get a performance of "WOMANIZER" out of Brit Brit.
