As the big day draws closer, the list of performers for this years MTV Video Music Awards, just got a longer. Lil Wayne and Kid Rock, plus pop sensations (how did the become famous again?) the Jonas Brothers, have all been confirmed to perform at this years show that airs live on September 7th at 9pm. Now two more performers have been added, T.I. and Rihanna.
This years VMAs will mark T.I.’s major appearance since he was arrested at last years BET Hip Hop Awards for trying to buy weapons. Rihanna will be performing her hit single “Disturbia” at the show which is hosted by British comic and “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” co-star, Russell Brand. Brand also hosted last year's Europe VMA's so he is definitely no stranger to hosting a gig as huge as this.
