Chris Brown has been making positive and negative headlines lately. He cleaned up at the Teen Choice Awards last week including those in “Choice Music Male Artist”, “R&B Artist”, “R&B Track”, “Rap/Hip-Hop Track” and “Music Hook-Up” for collab “No Air” with Jordin Sparks.
But with the good comes the bad. A recently massive leak of Chris Brown material has hit the internet, and Chris Brown’s label, Jive Records, wants to make sure everyone understands this is not a promotional plan, really not even his material. A statement from the label said …
“Recently, unauthorized Chris Brown material was leaked online,” it said, continuing “Most of the unfinished songs were demos and reference tracks Brown and his production team were writing and producing for other artists. Brown’s record label, Jive Records is doing everything possible to prevent any further illegal distribution of these tracks.”
