For all those PR fanatics like myself who haven't been living under a rock, there has been more behind-the-scenes drama on the show than an entire year of One Life To Live since some idiot thought it was a brilliant idea to move one of my favorite shows from BRAVO to a channel I don't think anyone watches, LIFETIME.
Well, the new season of Runway premieres on Wednesday at 9, but there has been a lack of promotion of the show since the announcement of PR's departure after this season ends. Wouldn't it be smart to promote the show since it is it's last season on Bravo? I mean milk the show for all it's worth before you lose it to another network. Although, I don't think there could be a season as hotter as the season Christian Siriano was on.
E.W. reports that Bravo's GM said the scaled-back publicity this time around "was a matter of maintaining the contestants’ anonymity."
Oh please! That's bullshit and they know it. Bravo is doing an introduction of the new season's contestants during their other show Flipping Out, a show I'm shocked got a second season.
Regardless of the behind-the-scenes drama, I am looking foward to the next season because I am a BIG fan of PR.
