As previously reported, The Game’s upcoming cd L.A.X. has been pushed back from July 8th to July 22nd. Game talked to HHDX about the delay,saying “[Interscope/Geffen/A&M President] Jimmy Iovine slammed the gavel. We was supposed to go on [July] 8th, but at this point, I really don’t give a fuck when the album comes out. ‘Cause a week later, two weeks later, a month later, people [are] gonna wait on L.A.X. ’cause it’s probably the biggest record of the year. When it comes, it comes. Every time they push it back, I make sure to let everybody know.”
Don't speak too loud on you don't give a fuck when your cd comes out. See what happened to Eve's Nicole Scherzinger's and Amerie's cd's. They've been delayed so many times they have yet to be released.
Anyeays, The Game continued his arrogance saying “If you’ve got an artist or you know somebody droppin’ on that date, push that shit back ’cause it’s not gonna do what you think it’s gonna do,” continuing “I’m a force to be reckoned with in Hip Hop, everybody knows that. I’m a west coast rapper that gets love on the east coast; you’d think I was born in Brooklyn, they love me that much - or The Bronx, Queens. And when I go back home, I’m the shit. Once I figure out how to lock the south all the way, I think I can go diamond.”
Game has said on many occations that this album would be his last and he is retiring after its done. He further continued to make these rumors seem true saying “But I’m retiring, so maybe I’ll have a dream about that.”
