BRAVO is about to spin-off it's (and mine) popular show, Top Chef with a junior edition. The spinoff to Top Chef will feature teenage competitors aged 13 to 16.
top chef recently did an episode where the existing chefs had to team up with kids, which promped producers to cook up the idea. The current season of Top Chef (which ended their fourth season yesterday), ranked in the top 15 shows among kids/teens 2-17. There's no word as to when the show is scheduled to premiere, but when it does, I so am there. Just don't get Chef Ramsey to be a judge. it might leave those kids little hearts scarred for life.
I think it's a good idea to see some kids whipping up a gourmet meal or turning something like sloppy joes and mac & cheese into a high course dish. if you need a host, I'm definitely your man.
