Cocaine, naked gays, used needles and a baby with a painted face are just a few things I think of when it comes to Lil' Kim. David LaChapelle shot Lil' Kim as the Virgin Mary for some new promo shot. What they're promoting I have no idea. Maybe sex, drugs and loads of gay sex in Heaven. Now that would be interesting. God doing blow off some cute angel's ass. Very interesting pic, but I wish they would have left the baby out of it.
