Though they have never spoken out about their relationship, the pair are very much and couple and now there is EVIDENCE.
Blake and Penn were photographed making out poolside while on a romantical vacation to Paraiso de la Bonita in Mexico this past weekend.
There was tons of tongue swapping, lotion massaging, hand holding and all that obnoxious crap.
Lively and Badgley are actually a cute couple. We just hope they don't break up any time soon.
