I recently saw former hot actress Nikki Cox on an episode of Ghost Whisperer with a new pair of pussy lips (among other things) on her face. So you know I had to search far and wide to show you guys what a hot tranny mess she has become. I truly believe Amanda Lepore was her inspiration for her fish lips look. The world needs this kind of glamour and beauty. While all of us get wrinkly and saggy, Amanda will still look like this. Let's hope the swelling in Nikki's face will go down soon enough before she winds up sharing a house with fellow messes like Jocelyn Wildenstein, Amanda LePore and Lil Kim. This would be a perfect show for VH1's Celebreality.
