Alex Phillips, a a 17 year-old Wisconsin teenager, has been arrested on felony charges of child pornography. He also faces charges of defamation and sexual exploitation of a child. The reason why is because Phillips posted naked photos of his ex-girlfriend on his MySpace account. You know how conservative the Powers that Be are in MySpace Land. You post any part of your chichis and your account will disappear faster than Denise Richards' career.
He was contacted by police about the two cell phone camera images of his 16 year-old ex, Phillips refused to take them down. Aren't you a donkey. Then, when he was threatened with facing jail time for displaying naked photos of an underage girl, he responded with, "Fuck that, I am keeping them up." Apparently, Phillips posted the photos some time last week to "vent."
Turns out the pics were taken by his ex-girlfriend, who then gave them to Phillips.
As for the photo captions, Phillips added below the photos, "Yo, U see how big her hole is! Its from me!" The parents of these two definitely raised a winner.
